How data is handled in local document generation, contact, and checkout.

Document and local storage

Entered data is processed in the browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers to generate previews or files. During checkout, the draft associated with the draftHash is kept in localStorage and sessionStorage. When the flow is completed or canceled, the application clears that copy; if the flow is abandoned, it may persist until the user or browser removes it.

Email contact

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, message, and technical delivery data are processed to answer the request. Delivery is operated by Resend and the publisher's email service. Do not send sensitive data. We retain the message as needed for support, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.

Checkout and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe receives data needed for payment and fraud prevention; we do not receive full card details. Read Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/br/privacy. Transaction records may be retained for applicable tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal defense periods.

Legal bases, rights, and contact

Processing follows the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR/RGPD, based on service performance, consent when required, legal obligations, and proportionate legitimate interests. You may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable, objection, restriction, and sharing information, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing.

Providers such as Vercel, Resend, and Stripe may perform international transfers using contractual safeguards and legally accepted mechanisms. To exercise rights or ask questions, contact [email protected].

Cookies and retention

We use technical resources required for preferences, sessions, and checkout continuity. No advertising cookies are enabled in this version. Retention varies by purpose: drafts remain under browser control; contacts for support and applicable obligations; payments for the legal and operational periods of the relevant controllers.
